At Westmoor Manufacturing, we create stylish apparel that stands up to the longest days, while helping you look your best. We stand behind the quality of all of our products. If you aren’t satisfied with your online purchase for any reason, please contact customer service at 800-433-2888 or internet@rockandrolldenim.com and we will work to solve the issue immediately.

Holiday Returns

Since it is the gift giving season, we have extended the return timeframe to give the recipient plenty of time to return any purchases after the holidays. You may return unworn, unwashed, and unaltered (starched, etc.) items with the original tags still attached for a full refund within 60 days of the date of purchase.  After 60 days has passed, items can be returned for website credit up to 90 days from the date of purchase. We will not accept returns after 90 days.

If an item in your order was damaged or defective, please contact us at once to return the item and we will replace it at no cost.

We do not accept exchanges. 

Please Note:

We do not accept returns of any brand (Panhandle Western Wear, Rock & Roll Denim, or Rock & Roll Cowgirl) if items were purchased from third-party retailers (Cavender’s, Boot Barn, etc.). Please, instead, contact the retailer where the purchase was originally made for direct information on their return policy.  

Contiguous United States:

Please note that for any returns made, $8.00 will be deducted from your refund for the cost of the return shipping label.

Non-Contiguous United States:

Please note that for any returns made, $12.00 will be deducted from your refund for the cost of the return shipping label.

 Shipping Back Your Return:

  • Write the order number clearly on the outside of the package.
  • You may request a shipping label from our customer service representatives or choose to ship the items back yourself using a carrier of your choice.  Please note, that we are not responsible for returns we do not receive.

Your return will be approved and the reimbursement sent out, once your returned order has been received and the merchandise has been inspected. Please be aware that packages shipped to a different address, without the order number clearly on the outside of the package, or shipped Cash on Delivery (COD) will be refused. We will notify you once we have processed your return. Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your return for your refund to be credited. No refunds or adjustments will be made for any of the original shipping costs or handling charges on the initial order.
