You may return unworn, unwashed, and unaltered (starched, etc.) items with all the original tags and labels still attached for a full refund within 45 days of the date of purchase. After 45 days has passed, items can be returned for website credit up to 60 days from the date of purchase. We will not accept returns after 60 days.
Holiday Return Policy: For orders placed between November 20th-December 20th you may return unworn, unwashed, and unaltered (starched, etc.) items with all the original tags and labels still attached for a full refund within 45 days of the date of purchase. After 45 days has passed, items can be returned for website credit up to 90 days from the date of purchase. We will not accept returns after 90 days.
If an item in your order was damaged or defective, please contact us at once to return the item and we will replace it at no cost. Please do not ship the item back until you have spoken to someone in customer service.
NOTE: We will not accept items that are soiled, stained, or damaged due to extensive wear and tear.
We do not offer exchanges.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on men's performance briefs or trunks.
We do not accept returns if items were purchased from third-party retailers (Cavender’s, Boot Barn, etc.). Please, instead, contact the retailer where the purchase was originally made for direct information on their return policy.
Contiguous United States:
Please note that for any returns made, $8.00 will be deducted from your refund for the cost of the return shipping label.
Non-Contiguous United States:
Please note that for any returns made, $12.00 will be deducted from your refund for the cost of the return shipping label.
TO START A RETURN:
- You will need the Return Order # off of your packing slip and the Zip Code (see below).
- Write the order number clearly on the outside of the package.
- You may request a shipping label from our customer service representatives or choose to ship the items back yourself using a carrier of your choice. If you request a shipping label, we will deduct $8 from your refund to cover the return shipping charge. Please note, that we are not responsible for returns we do not receive.

Packing Slip Example:
Your return will be approved and the reimbursement sent out, once your returned order has been received and the merchandise has been inspected. Please be aware that packages shipped to a different address, without the order number clearly on the outside of the package, or shipped Cash on Delivery (COD) will be refused. We will notify you once we have processed your return. Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your return for your refund to be credited. No refunds or adjustments will be made for any of the original shipping costs or handling charges on the initial order.

Due to the nature of cotton, it's important to take proper care to maintain the integrity of your items. Please review our shrinkage policy below to understand the guidelines and prevent the return of items that may have undergone natural shrinkage:
Understanding Cotton Shrinkage:
Cotton is a natural fiber known for its breathability and softness. However, it is susceptible to shrinkage, especially if not laundered and cared for correctly. Shrinkage can occur due to various factors, including washing in hot water, using a high-heat dryer, or improper handling.
Preventive Care Instructions:
To minimize the risk of shrinkage, we recommend following these care instructions for our cotton products:
1. Washing: Machine wash in cold water with like colors.
2. Drying: Air-dry or tumble dry on low heat.
3. Ironing: If necessary, iron on a low setting.
4. Dry Cleaning: For specific items, dry cleaning may be recommended. Please refer to the care label.
Our return policy does not cover items that have shrunk due to improper care or normal wear and tear. We kindly ask customers to review and follow the care instructions provided with each product to maintain its original size and shape.
How to Identify Natural Shrinkage:
Natural shrinkage is different from manufacturing defects. If you believe your item has shrunk excessively despite following care instructions, please compare it to the original measurements provided on our website. If the shrinkage exceeds the acceptable industry standards (up to 3% of its original size after washing), please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Returns of Shrunken Items:
Returns of items that have shrunk due to improper care may not be accepted. However, if you believe the shrinkage is beyond normal expectations, please reach out to our customer support team, and we will assess each case individually. Note that if the shrinkage is within acceptable industry standard (up to 3% of its original size after washing), we will send the item back to you.
