At Westmoor Manufacturing, we stand behind the quality of all of our products. If you aren’t satisfied with your online purchase for any reason, please use our customer portal to Start a Return, and we will work to resolve the issue immediately.

 

Return Policy

You may return unworn, unwashed, and unaltered (no starch) items with all original tags and labels attached for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Returns made between 31-45 days from the purchase date are eligible for store credit only.

No returns will be accepted after 45 days.

Holiday Return Policy

Orders placed between Black Friday and Christmas Eve are eligible for a full refund if returned within 45 days of purchase.

Returns made between 46–60 days from the purchase date will receive store credit.

No returns will be accepted after 60 days.

 

If any item in your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away to arrange a return. We'll replace it at no additional cost. Please do not ship the item back until you have spoken with a customer service representative. 


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

  •  Gift cards
  •  Worn, washed, or altered clothing
  •  Men's performance briefs or trunks
  •  Items purchased from third-party retailers - (Cavender’s, Boot Barn, etc.)

CHECKOUT+:

When you opt-in for Checkout+ at time of purchase, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any eligible item(s) for FREE within our return policy guidelines. If you do not purchase Redo, you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

TO START A RETURN:

You may start your return by clicking the button below, if Checkout+ was purchased at the time of checkout then return shipping will be covered. Otherwise, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your return value.
