Dakota Kirchenschlager's father, J.B., is a former team roper and currently is a mechanic for the U.S. Army, his mother, Jody, manages a feed lot, and his sister, Korie, is a nurse technician. Dakota's cousin, Tate, is a also a team roper. Kirchenschlager's favorite rodeo in the Pendleton Round-Up in Oregon. His favorite movie is Lonesome Dove, Lil Wayne is his favorite musical artist, and both Pawn Stars and Larry the Cable Guy are his favorite television shows. Dakota loves to eat chicken fried steak and his hobbies include spending time with family and riding horses.
